The purpose of this document is to inform users of the website of Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro on the processing of personal data that are made while browsing it. 

1. Data controller
The responsible for the processing of personal data of users is the City Council of San Roque (Cadiz), being, therefore, the owner of the same.
Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro, as a service provider, acts as data processor, treating the data according to the instructions of the City Council.

2. Data collected and purposes of the processing 

• By simply accessing the Service, Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin. The IP address is a code that identifies the user's Internet connection at a specific time.
• Only the user's Internet access provider can identify the subscriber who was assigned an IP address at a time. By the very nature of the server that supports the Service, the user's IP address is automatically recorded along with the date and time of access.
• Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro will process the data collected in the Incidents section, and that users provide, to meet your request for contact. The personal data that will be processed from these users are: Name, surname, e-mail and telephone.
• Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro will process the data collected in the Virtual Office section, and that users provide, to manage everything related to the water supply contract of users (e.g. billing).

Regarding the additional sections of the page (e.g. Consultation and Complaint Line, Employment Channel, etc.) in which personal data are also collected, information is provided in the corresponding sections of the website, through specific clauses and forms, about the processing of personal data. 

3. Lawful basis for processing 
Depending on the purpose of the processing, the legal basis that allows Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro to process the personal data collected from users is the informed and voluntary consent of the user in the case of Incidents and the execution of the contract in the case of the Virtual Office. 

4. Data recipients and international transfers.
Personal data may be transferred to Administrations, Authorities and Public Bodies, including Courts and Tribunals, when required by applicable law.
Likewise, Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro has service providers, such as computer and web maintenance companies, legal services and administrative agencies that, in the course of providing their services, access to personal data of Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro. 
The Municipality of San Roque and Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro perform a selection and control of these third parties with whom they have signed data protection agreements, where they undertake to follow a series of obligations regarding data protection. Apart from the above-mentioned cases, your personal data will not be communicated to any additional third party. If any of its service providers or computer systems is located outside the EU, Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro will adopt all the guarantees that are applicable under the regulations to ensure proper data management.

5. Storage of personal data 
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship with the customer and remain registered in the Virtual Office, as well as for the period of time during which any legal liability may arise (e.g. until the prescription of the liability that may arise from the rules on data protection or cybersecurity). 

6. Users' data protection rights.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability, as well as revoke the consent given, regarding the treatment of which the City of San Roque is responsible, by writing to the responsible, proving their identity, to the following address: Calle Condesa de Venadito, 7, 28027 or email protecciondedatos@sacyr.com, providing ID or equivalent document, identifying themselves as a user of the contact page of Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro and specifying their request.

7. Security Measures
Aguas del Valle del Guadiaro has adopted all necessary security measures to ensure the integrity, security and preservation of personal data stored in their systems, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on data protection, recognizing and appreciating the importance of responsible use of this information.
